Dial:  This nice looking original Rockford signed dial is in good shape. It features Roman numeral hour marks surrounded by red Arabic 5 minute marks, as was common for dials of the 1880s-90s. There are some slight edge chips as seen in the photos, but are covered by the bezel. The Breguet style minute hand is black, while the hour hand is a dark blue - likely a replacement. It is very hard to spot the difference in color as they match up very well.

Movement:  According to the Rockford records there were only about 3800 Grade 112 Dome model movements produced. There are some spots on the gilt finish and winding wheels that do not impact its performance. Overall, it shows well. It has been professionally cleaned and oiled and is keeping excellent time!

Case:  The gold filled double hinged case is in great condition, with just a touch of brass noticeable upon very close inspection. The hinged bezel and hinged back lid open and snap closed properly.

Crystal:  The clear plastic crystal is in excellent condition!
