This beauty features a wind up movement with mineral glass crystals on the front and back of the case, and also on the inside diameter of the dial, exposing the intricate workings. The large case is close to the size of the antique "16s" size pocket watches from Elgin, Hamilton, Illinois and Waltham. The high quality 17 jewel wind up mechanical movement is a replica of the skeletonized Swiss Unitas/ETA movements, used in most high end Swiss pocket watches currently in production.
