This new Railroad
style pocket watch features a Montgomery style RR dial with a modern
locomotive. There is an engraving on the back lid of a locomotive
as well. The front and rear covers are threaded, so they both screw
on and off.
This is the same 17
jewel movement used in modern Jean Marcel, Hamilton, Aerowatch,
and most of the quality Swiss pocket watches today! In fact, even
the luxury brand wrist watch manufacturers (like Panerai, IWC, etc.)
use a variation of this movement!
This movement can run
continuously for 46 hours on a single full wind! If you are looking
for a great Swiss timekeeper to carry around and be serviceable
for the foreseeable future, this is the watch for you!
