Case
Dial: This original
single sunk Roman numeral dial is signed ELGIN NAT'L WATCH Co. It
is in excellent condition, with an extremely light hair line crack
near the VII hour mark that is visible upon very close inspection.
The non matching hands are in great condition as well.
Movement: The
early nickel damaskeened movement features bezel set jewel settings
and an expansion balance. It has been professionally cleaned and
oiled and is keeping good time.
Case: The screw
back and bezel case is marked FAHY'S COIN SILVER. The case has been
polished recently, but there are some minor blemishes including
a slight ding in the back cover that is hard to see. The front and
back thread on and off properly. The bow and crown show little use.
Crystal: The
THICK clear glass crystal is in NEW condition!
