We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. We describe our items accurately, and offer close up photographs of our items to ensure the items are in the condition stated. New items are factory new, and purchased direct from the manufacturer.

We offer a 7 day return policy on ALL of our products for evaluation purposes.If you need to return an item, please contact us for an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number via the web site.

RETURNS WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

The returned item must be in the same condition as shipped, and in its original packaging.

New Pocket Watch Warranty: Full Factory Warranty
New Watches carry the full manufacturers warranty. We are authorized internet retailers for Avalon (China); Bellagio bel tempo (China); Bernex; Camero; Charles-Hubert, Paris; Classique; Colibri of London; Desperado; Dolan Bullock; Dueber Watch Co, Jean Marcel; Jules Jurgensen; National; and Rapport of London. On occasion, a customer gets a mechanical pocket watch and does not know how to use it. In this case, we can certainly assist in instructing the customer of its proper use. Mechanical Pocket Watches must be fully wound daily to keep time.
New Pocket Watch Chains, Domes, Stands, Holsters, Fobs, and other accessories: 90 Day Warranty
We will repair or replace (at our discretion) any of these items due to faulty workmanship within 90 days of purchase. This warranty does not apply to abused items.
Please note that antique & preowned chains, domes, stands, holsters, fobs, signs and other accessories do not carry any warranty, although they are covered under the 5 days return policy.
Antique & Preowned Pocket Watch Warranty: 90 Day Labor Warranty

All antique and preowned watches we sell carry a 90 day warranty. All antique pocket watches are checked before they are sent out to insure they are in working order and to insure they are in the same condition described on our web site. On occasion, there are problems shipping antique watches through the mail. If the box was damaged, we assist in filing a claim with the carrier. If the watch is broken, and we determine it is through no fault of the customer, or the carrier, we can repair, and send it back free of charge.  This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accidental breakage or improper use. Note, the most common issue with mechanical pocket watches is that they need to be wound every 24 hours in order to run and keep time consistently. On occasion, a customer gets a watch and does not know how to use it. In this case, we can certainly assist in instructing the customer of its proper use. Returns: Within 7 Days

We offer a 7 day return policy on ALL of our products for evaluation purposes. If you received and item that you are not happy with, we will gladly accept your return. You must first contact us to obtain an RMA. We would be happy to apply the amount paid for the item towards an equal or higher priced item(s). However, if you would prefer a refund, please let us know.

Watches have a tag attached stating "Not Returnable If Tag Is Removed" or "Not Returnable If Tag Is Removed". These tags, called "Security Tags," are placed so you are able to try on merchandise with the tag still attached. If you are not 100% satisfied with the item and would like to return it, you have 30 days to return it as long as the item’s Security Tag is still attached. Removal of the Security Tag means that you have inspected and are pleased with the item. We will not accept a return for credit or refund for an item that is returned without the original Security Tag attached or tampered with.

SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT RETURNED ITEMS: Please note that in order to be eligible for return or refund, the item(s) must be in new, unused condition.
Items showing any sign of wear, having been worn or used, having any scratches or any marks cannot be returned for refund or exchange. If the item has been engraved, the item is not returnable or refundable.
All returned items will be inspected to ensure they have not been used. We reserve the right in making the determination if a returned item is eligible for return or exchange. If a returned item is deemed not returnable, the item will be shipped back to the customer and associated shipping cost will be charged to the customer.

IMPORTANT - A 7% processing/restocking fee will be applied to cover all refunds of orders paid with a credit or debit card. These transaction fees are charged by the credit card gateway. Money order & Paypal payments are exempt from this transaction fee. Returns for credit to be applied towards another equal or more expnsive item are not charged this fee, since no refund is applied to the credit/debit card.

Shipping charges, even those during a 'Free Shipping' Promotion are not refunded under any circumstance.

Refunds:
Within 30 Days

Returns for store credit can be made for up to 30 days after the item has shipped from our facility. After this point, all sales are considered final and are NOT returnable.
