The New Work
Watch Company is NOT the same as the New York Standard Watch
Company. In fact, the company was the
predecessor to the Hampden Watch Company.
Remember, the serial number being referred to is the serial number
on the movement (i.e. "guts") of the watch.
Note: These are approximate
